Biography

Liu Jinsheng, engaged in medical aesthetics for more than 20 years, currently practices at Beijing Xingyan, Second United Lige, and Qingdao Yuanmei Medical Aesthetics Hospital. As an in-depth explorer and long-term practitioner of “fine body sculpting,” over the past decade I have focused on fat research, especially leg contouring, and have accumulated rich clinical experience. I will continue to share cases with you.
Liposuction Philosophy
A customized leg contouring plan is specially tailored for each client, comprehensively adopting 360° fine circumferential liposuction and aesthetic sculpting technology, water-assisted technology, and radiofrequency fiber lipolysis and skin-tightening technology to ensure the amount of fat removed and a smooth, even appearance in the liposuction area.
Aesthetic concepts are integrated throughout the procedure, with emphasis on postoperative care, pursuing natural surgical results, minimally invasive and scarless procedures, mild swelling, and rapid recovery.
Technical Features
1. The surgical area is designed according to the aesthetic golden ratio, dividing the thigh into 14-16 subunits, with emphasis on good preoperative design and preoperative communication.
2. Water-assisted tumescent layered dissection anesthesia technology is used, resulting in less bleeding during surgery.
3. Needles of different lengths, diameters, and needle-hole orientations are flexibly selected, and fine sculpting techniques are used to focus on enhancing the aesthetics of key areas.
4. To pursue a larger amount of fat removal, fan-shaped scanning of fat areas at various layers is performed through a single needle opening, with continuous gentle suction, achieving thinness without concavity.
5. To pursue scarless postoperative results, millimeter-level incisions are selected in concealed areas, and tension-reducing scar-reduction suturing techniques are used, resulting in nearly scarless postoperative outcomes.
6. Minimally invasive operation; patients can be discharged on the first postoperative day.
